Shipping & Delivery
My typical turn around time is 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday, US holidays are not included). 

I know things happen and sometimes we just don't leave ourselves enough time - and that's okay!

I understand the possible urgency in needing your items in a time crunch.  In that case, please reach out to me and let me know when you need your order by and I'll do my best to make it happen!

Custom order varies but can be done as quickly as 5 days; depending on what you're looking for.  Delivery time will be discussed as part of your custom order.

All items ship via USPS.  Please understand that while I can control when I drop your order off with USPS, I cannot control or guarantee the delivery times of USPS once the packages has left my hands.  I highly suggest selecting Priority Shipping at checkout, but regular First Class is also available.  Express Priority/Overnight options are available as well if you are near your event date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for all dues/fees associated with shipping.  Backstage Customs is not responsible for fees/dues or delayed packaging.

Return Policy

All apparel is handmade to order.  Because of this I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sizing

All apparel items are unisex sizing and run true to size.  

It is typical to size down for hand cut tanks as these will fit more like a muscle tank style after they are cut. 

Size charts with measurements are available on each listing.

If the size you're looking for is not listed, please reach out to me!  More size options are available upon request.

Customization / Style & Cut

Love the design but not the cut?  Not into tanks or cropped shirts?  No problem!  Because each apparel item is made to order, I can customize the style/cut per your request!  Please reach out to me or leave a request in the notes box at checkout with your request.  If I am unable to accommodate I will reach out to you!
